Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CyberPostura, a product of Edka Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the service you accept them. Last updated 31 August 2026.
What the service is
CyberPostura gives you an indicative self-assessment of your cyber security posture, a readiness view against Cyber Essentials, and a prioritised remediation roadmap. It is based on the answers you give us.
Results are guidance, not certification
Your scores, readiness view and roadmap are guidance to help you prioritise. They are not a certification, an audit, a penetration test, a warranty of security, or legal or regulatory advice. Nothing here certifies you against Cyber Essentials or determines whether your organisation falls within the scope of the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill. Decisions you take based on the output remain yours.
Provided as-is
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the content is free of error. You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you provide; inaccurate answers produce inaccurate results.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in method secure. Accounts are for your organisation's own use. You may not resell, scrape or systematically copy the questionnaires or reports, and you may not use the service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it.
Purchases and payment
The free posture check costs nothing. The detailed assessment and Cyber Essentials readiness product is a one-off purchase of £299 +VAT (£358.80 including VAT at the UK standard rate). It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, and access is granted to your account once payment succeeds. VAT invoices are available on request.
Cancellation and refunds
The assessment is digital content made available immediately. If you are buying as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel, but that right is lost once you start the assessment and you agree to it beginning straight away. If you are buying on behalf of a business, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. If something has gone wrong or you were charged in error, email info@cyberpostura.com and we will deal with it fairly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data or indirect losses. Where you use the service as a business, these limits apply in full; where you use it as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from your account page.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may update the service and these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: info@cyberpostura.com.
